Verona v31.0.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 23972161. It is estimated to take place 1 day ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd verona
git pull
git checkout v31.0.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v31.0.0
xiond version

# Should be commit 20443561f8613c5a93bdee2eb461f237bdde3a0c
xiond version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.xiond/cosmovisor/upgrades/v31/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/xiond $HOME/.xiond/cosmovisor/upgrades/v31/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v31.0.0
$HOME/.xiond/cosmovisor/upgrades/v31/bin/xiond version
