However, the current proposal is lacking in some important details. First of all, is it going to be a public good to all Cosmos chains or a pay-to-play product? Second, what is the total budget? It does not need to have precise line-items, but the community should be aware of the total ballpark budget. Third, we would like the team to lay out the grants already received (believe it received ATOMAccelerator funding) and grants that the team is still planning to apply on different chains. Ideally, this should match or be slightly above the budget. This is needed for full transparency to the wider interchain community.
